Mr. Fritzsche has been representing clients in complex commercial disputes before national courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, for about 15 years. The focus of his work is on commercial and corporate law, liability law (including director's liability) and real estate law. In addition, he also advises on matters of intellectual property law. Mr. Fritzsche's clients include renowned project development companies, investment firms, medium-sized companies, and family offices.

He has been admitted as a lawyer since 2008, studied at the universities of Greifswald, Dresden and Exeter (UK), and holds a Master of Laws degree in International Studies in Intellectual Property Law (LL.M.). He completed his legal clerkship in Düsseldorf and Bangkok (Thailand) and worked as a lawyer at Peters Rechtsanwälte in the areas of dispute resolution and commercial and distribution law, as well as at Janke Könnecke Naujok in the areas of dispute resolution and corporate law.
